OAGV, Omorobot Automated Guided Vehicle

OAGV is a robot that performs high-load repetitive work of picking up and transporting goods.
It reduces the burden of the worker's musculoskeletal system and allows the worker to concentrate on the production, thereby improving the production efficiency of the factory.
OAGV operate along with a reflective tape installed on the factory floor and uses RFID tags to recognize the robot’s position and station location.
When it arrives at the station, OAGV automatically forwards the box through the conveyor belt and receive the finished product. OAGV returns to the starting point and safely carries the finished product.
When working with multiple robots, the safety control function prevents collisions between robots at intersections. In addition, ultrasonic sensors and bumper systems ensure the safety of the operator.

Line following
OAGV operates along with reflective tape attached on the factory floor and uses RFID and odometer to identify its position, destination location and mission.

Safety Control
Ultrasonic sensors which attached on the front side help prevent collisions with nearby obstacles and workers. It also makes a safe stop through the front bumper in the event of a sudden collision. At the intersection, the priority is set through real-time communication between OA GV and passes in an orderly manner.
